Made from scratch, always.
Tacos La Gorda started the way the best things do — a family recipe, a lot of love, and a whole lot of hungry friends. What began as cooking for the people we love turned into a food truck serving the Orange County neighborhoods we grew up in.
Everything is made from scratch: salsas blended fresh daily, tortillas griddled to order, aguas frescas pressed fresh. No shortcuts, no pre-packaged anything. If it doesn't taste like abuela made it, we're not done with it yet.
We're a rolling operation, so you'll usually find us somewhere new across Orange County. Follow@tacosgordato see where the truck lands next.
